Eng. Fazli started his job with ANCC as field engineer in 2009. Later on he promoted to senior engineer and then to provincial manager. In the beginning of 2016, he has promoted as Chief Engineer/M&E Manager. He has completed his BSc in civil engineering Faculty from Kabul University in 2007. He has worked as Quality Control Engineer with GULF Construction Company. He had worked as Design Engineer with PIN and field engineer with Afghanaid and site Engineer with DACAAR. He has expertise in Designing of Construction Building , Aqueduct, Retaining Wall, Construction Canal ,MHP, Culvert and Graveling Road designing and implementation.
